Our Philosophy

Our Swing Bed Program provides post-hospital extended care to qualified patients. There are requirements for admission t our Spring Bed Program and verification of coverage and need for skilled services related to an acute health care admission.

Reimbursement for your care is limited to the time that skilled care is medically necessary. Swing bed services are provided to patients requiring all levels of sub-acute nursing care. Under the attending physician’s guidance, all care will be rendered in a personalized manner to meet each patient’s psychological, physiological, sociological and spiritual needs.

The facility’s staff supports the practice of care that encompasses the “whole person”. We that body, mind and spirit must be treated in order to meet the total needs of our resident. The hospital’s care team recognizes the value of people and will strive to respectfully aid in the intervention necessary to preserve quality of life. Attention will be given especially to returning the patient to his or her optimum level of functioning.
