Located in the Medical Office Building, STE 502
Bluegrass Community Hospital Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Center provides inpatient and outpatient care to communities of Woodford and Anderson Counties. We utilize techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise to promote ROM and strength, modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction, moist heat and ice, and education to prevent further injury to assist our patients in meeting their rehabilitation goals. Some of the other services we provide are postoperative Physical Therapy, sports retraining, orthotic fabrication, post mastectomy rehabilitation, work conditioning/work hardening, job description/job site analysis, and wound care.
Hours of operation for clinic are:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Services are provided for both hospital inpatients & outpatients by licensed Physical Therapist.
A written Physicians order is required at time service. The order needs to include the following information:
- Patient’s name
- Referring MD name
- Patient’s phone number (if faxed order)
- Type of insurance coverage
Patients register in the Clinic itself: it is not necessary to go to registration first.
